Designing a transmitter setup for F3F

F3F is fast, furious and fantastic fun! The format is so simple, yet it requires many hours of practice and tweaking if you want to do well.

F3F is also unusually demanding on your radio control system. On the one hand, the transmitter must be simple to operate so you can concentrate on the flying. On the other hand, the pilot should be able to make key adjustments quickly, without having to land the model. Experience during ten years of competition has convinced me that these are two critical requirements!
